mantisbt-1.2.1, pluginmanager-0.4.0

Good day!
After installing the plug-in "Plugin Manager", all my custom fileds when i create a ticket no longer visible (screenshot below).

But if I delete or rename the folder "pluginmanager" in the folder "plugins" - everything works, but then turns out I can not use plug-ins.
Please, if anyone faced such a problem, write down how to solve.

Can you provide the usual information (mantis version, plugin installed, etc...)?

The plugin manager is not compatible/supported with Mantis >= 1.2.0.

ok, is it possible to install BBcode plugin without Plugin Manager?
