We migrated to another server and during migration we actualised Mantis from 1.1.1 to 1.1.8.

Now we can not install ReleaseMgt using Plugin Manager.

This is error message

Check packager version 0.4.0
Plugin name ReleaseMgt
Plugin version 0.0.3
Check the Apache version No test performed/required
Check the PHP version OK
Check the SQL version No test performed/required
Check the Mantis version OK
Check the Plugins version FAIL : < 0.0.1
Installation FAIL

But e.g. BBCode was installed ok.

I tried to comment out lines 216-221 in plugins_install_page.php so instalaltion passed but after that clicking to options for RelaseMgt did not bring options - it just failed.

What could be wrong?

You need to install HelpLink.

It would be good to add info about this dependency directly into ReleaseMgt requirements info.
