Hello,
I installed pluginmanager-0.4.0.tar.gz /plugins_page.php shows all green. But when I go to Manage/Manage plugins I'm not able to add new plugins. Also I'm not able to find mentioned configuration part of the manual. In plugins_page.php there is no PluginManager plugin link I use the latest MantisBT 1.2.0rc2 Release Candidate 2 Can you pleae advice. TIA, Zoltan

The webserver can't write/modify PHP files inside the Mantis directory. You have to make sure that the webserver can write/modify files.

Kecsi/Vincent,
I have the similar issue, but the last message I see here [on this thread] from kecsi indicates Fixed all permissions again, using: find . -type f -exec chmod 0664 '{}' \; find . -type d -exec chmod 0775 '{}' \; including webroot. Still the same. ... kecsi, is there a fix you have not posted (or have posted elsewhere)? In the interim, I will continue to open write privileges.... (I have confirmed that I have not fully applied the write privileges to date). Vincent, I have /var/www/html/my_project/ ... how far up (towards the root) does the write privilege need to be extended? Thank you in advance for your kind assistance. Chris K
Just the mantis directory (and sibdirectories). Check the core.php and custom_strings_inc.php files (at the end, something must be added)
