When I installed HTMLmail 0.4.0 on Mantis 1.1.2 (MySQL 5.0.77, WindowsXP), I got below error:

Why are you taking an old one (the last is 0.0.7)?

Make sure you have MANTIS_VERSION defined in your core/constant_inc.php file.

Oh, sorry. In your config_inc.php file, just add the following line:

Language: PHP
$g_mantis_version = MANTIS_VERSION;

And tell me if the problem is still present. At least the first Warning should disappear.
