after unpacking the plugin manager into the mantis directory, when visiting the /mantis/plugins_install_page.php?plugin=pluginmanager i get 2 failed messages:

Install the plugin
Step 2 / 4: SQL upgrade FAIL
Install the plugin
Step 1 / 2: SQL upgrade FAIL

is there anywhere I need to set the database connection data in order to complete the installation?

all help is welcome

The issue is MSSQL, I don't have it, so it is hard for me to make a code compatible with this SQL server.

Darn

the actual problem is running JPGraph

Selecting in Mantis - summary - Per State (resulting in graphs)

I get an error:
"The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed. "

the actual message says:
SYSTEM WARNING: require_once(\www\html\jpgraph\jpgraph.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

I thought it needed the plugin manager...

any ideas?

You can download the express version of SQL server, which is free. Mantis itself installs perfectly onto this version.
