I installed mantis 1.1.5 and wasn't able to install the pluginmanger. (When calling plugins_page.php)
The previous version of mantis was 1.1.2 with pluginmanger 0.4.0.
I am not sure if I removed all remaining db entries from the previous version.
It just shows that every thing was upgraded and that's it.
No links no entries in database and no entries in core.php.
I have tried different versions as well (0.0.2,0.0.3,0.1.0,0.2.1).
Nothing works. I would like to stay with mantis 1.1.5 because of some important bug fixes.
So switching back to 1.1.2 is no option.
Any ideas?

Solved it myself.

Was a mixture of missing entries in core.php and custom_strings_inc.php.
There where some old entries in the db witch blocked the installation of the plugins.
Now all plugins are installed. The only thing missing is the link for the pluginmanger.

Create a file in the mantis root directory (test.php by example), add this and then browse the file with your favorite browser.
