Hi guys,

I have a problem with the CF-Notes plugin. Originally it failed to install properly, failing with a MySQL error - but I found a recent post where two new versions solved this.

Now I have created two new fields, but they do not show up when I try and enter Notes against an issue. Am I expecting the wrong functionality, or is there some intermediate step with Project setup (I couldn't see anything) that sets this up?

What is your Mantis version? Do you link the custom field to a project (in the edit section of the custom field)?

We are on 1.1.4 and there did not seem to be an option for linking the custom Notes fields to anything.

In the edit page of the custom field (for notes).

It is working nicely, except I had expected the custom fields to show when changing the status of an issue (e.g. resolving it) as there is an Add Note element there. Is there a simple edit to get this to happen?

You're right, I forget to change this note box. I need to make a new release.

I'm going to mark this one as resolved, as the main issue was. But I would still like to see the notes on the status change pages!
