I tried to install the plugin manager 0.4.0 and when I navigated to the mantis/plugins_page.php, it failed one of the tests for write access to core.api, so corrected this and returned to the page and now I get a different error:

APPLICATION ERROR #401


Database query failed. Error received from database was #-1: 
ERROR: operator does not exist: ` character varying at character 8
HINT: No operator matches the given name and argument type(s). 
You may need to add explicit type casts. for the query: SELECT `plugin` FROM mantis_plugins_pm_list_table WHERE `plugin`='pluginmanager' AND `installed`=1

I am not sure what I have done wrong, I can see the database tables mantis_plugins_pm* Any ideas?
