problem with PlugInManager

Today I started to have problem with APPLICATION ERROR 1100 (I submit and entry to Mantis forum also) and now also problem on plugins:
- Myview do not works anymore. I have no more boxes and I could not add a new one
- I goes to plugins and I found this notice:
SYSTEM NOTICE

Undefined variable: p_include

Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page.
There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select
another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a
new section.
Full path: /srv/www/htdocs/ARTrackingSys/plugins/pluginmanager/core/plugin_api.php
Line: 229
Variable Value Type
t_directory /srv/www/htdocs/ARTrackingSys/plugins string
t_dir Resource id #134 string
Filename Line Function Args
/srv/www/htdocs/ARTrackingSys/plugins_page.php 271 plugins_pluginmanager_get_file_plugin_list ( )
and I could see also this message: The plugins directory is not writeable.

We did not touch anything on permission or other stuff, but I notice that an issue is no more present on the DB (possible source of Application error 1100) and I manually added it but no way to fix the issues. We lost also the GRAPHS and the captcha image on signup page.
Before this strange errors everything looks fine...

I really could not understand where is the problem or what to do to go on using mantis...I have added a lot of configuration, projects and users. It's paintful to restart now...

Any suggestion?

Ok, so the p_include is a real bug but it exists from the beginning.

Make sure that the plugins directory is writeable by the webserver.
