I've installed pluginmanager 0.1.0 in an InstantMantis installation in Windows.

The installation failed, and I'm now trying to uninstall it manually.

I've deleted the plugins/ directory, all the plugin_*.php file, restored core.php to the original installation, deleted custom_strings_inc.php.

But I still see the "plugins_pluginmanager_link" entry in the top bar menu.

How can I remove it ? Is it in the database ?
