I have captured... As you can see, after clicking <Plugin> link in menu, that page comes out ( This is not the first time I click the <Plugin> link. I already have tried it many times ) Where is the install function or link in that page ?? < Return to Plugin Manager > is nothing. It shows exactly same page in picture.
