HTMLmail plugin installed version 0.0.7 to 1.1.8 mantis
The whole installation was successful, but after setting all the preferences in the plugin so that sent in the form of html, it appears that the messages come from the Mantis is still in the form of classical or text. It looks as if the plugin did not work at all.

Do I need to install anything else besides add the configuration? Or maybe it's not compatible with this version of Mantis?

Make sure that the user configuration is ok and that the core/email_api.php file has been changed.
