[Resolved] Hierarchy install fail

When I try to install Hierarchy using Plugin Manager it says:

Installation FAIL

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply..

The error message doesn't give any details. Just says: Installation FAIL.

I'm using the latest stable Mantis release (1.1.8). Plug in Manager Version 0.4.0.

Mac OSx 10.5.8

I installed the My Report plug-in with no problems. Are there some more specific details I can give you that might help reveal the problem?

I have the same problem (Mantis 1.1.8 with Plugin Manager)

URL : MANTIS/plugins_install_page.php?url=http://mantis.morinie.fr/download/hierarchy-0.0.5.tar.gz

and I have only this information on my screen :
Install/Upgrade a plugin : Installation FAIL

The package is not a .tar.gz file but a .mantis.pkg file.

ok, but the url is not created by me....

Then, I have changed the url manually to call and save the hierarchy-0.0.5.mantis.pkg.... and obviously, it works better ;-)

I think there is a problem with the call of the package from plugin Manager.
