There is any way to import the issue history? And how would that work in the XML file?
I just checked the wiki "Importing issue(s)" topic and was wondering if I can put in the same file, several tags with the same bug id, but with different bug status and dates??

I`m want to use Mantis as a parallel tracking system and the most important part is the issue history. That will be further used for metrics and projects results analysis.

If anyone could help me out or just point the direction, I would be very pleased.

There is no way (at this time) to import the history. I have a point about that

Yes you can try to import the issue multiple times (but I think that the history will contains the import date and not the date in the XML file).
