[Resolved] MyReport stoped working

I was using MyReport on 1.1.7 version and it was fine.
A few days ago I upgraded to version 1.1.8 and MyReport stoped working, it looks ok and I can change settings there but when I make a new report the settings of the plugin dosnt affect what I see.

I tried to reinstall MyReport.
Maybe I need to reinstall Plugin Manager ?

Take a look in the bug_report_page.php, it should be short (few lines: 10 to 20 lines). Tell me if it is short or not?

Something goes wrong during the installation...

Rename this file (bug_report_page.php to bug_report_page.org.php) and then copy/paste the file plugins/myreport/bug_report_page.php to replace the old one.
