Hi everyone, im kinda new with Mantis and im currently struggling. I want to add the import export plugin so that i can import some issues i have on a spread sheet but i currently do not know where start. I downloaded importexport-0.1.0a9.mantis.pkg but have no clue where to start - I feel stupid in a way but hopefully you guys can help me see the light.

Im currently using

Mantis 1.1.6
OS Windows Server 2003
mysql 5.1.32
php 5.2.9-1
