[Resolved] Available plugin list empty

I installed Plugin Manager 0.4.0, but there is no plugins listed when I follow the Available plugin list link on the plugins_page.php.

Mantis:1.1.2

Mantis: 1.1.2
OS: Windows NT
PHP: 5.2.6
MySQL: 5.0.5

Your webserver (hosting Mantis) needs to access to Internet. So make sure that you can access to Internet from your webserver.
