I'm running mantis 1.1.6 with the pluginmanager 0.4.0.

When I call the plugins_page.php (via link in the link out of menu_link or after installing a pluging via "Return to Plugin Manager" ) it takes several minutes until it will be shown in the browser, all other plugin-related pages (i.e. plugins_install_page.php) and all other mantis pages have a normal (quick) response time.

I enabled the logging, but there are no plugin related entries at all.

Click on Plugin Manager link (from the plugins page) and then uncheck the box "Check Version".

i have this issue too, but there are no plugins on the page, if i select the plugin manager pkg file it tells me
New version is older than the installed
0.4.0 >= 0.4.0

it also appears to be crashing apache, is there a module I need to turn on or something?

Can you create a new topic and be more specific, I don't really understand what happened.
