Can HTMLMail be used together with sending reminders?

I use HTMLMail for together with reporting by email. So users who do not have access to Mantis will get emails from mantis regarding status of their issues. In my template I have a email-link with the correct return address ( for reporting by email ). And the subject is filled with [<project> <issuenumber>], so they can click the link and the reply will be a note with the correct issue.

However it seems that sending a reminder ( to another user ) will not use the HTMLMail template, so no link for him/her available.
