Hi,

I installed Mircosoft 2003 Server, MySQL 5.0.51, Apache 2.2.8, php 5.2.5.5 and restored a backup of the mysql file of Mantis I copied the folder of mantis and moved to the new server and test server. Everything works on the test server setup with the above. But when I restore the backup onto my new production server using the above program versions I'm not getting the full page of the plugin_page.php it stops where it would list the plugins. All the plugins that where installed work and I can install new plugins but I have no access to see which are installed and no config access.

Mantis responds good on any link except when you select the plugin link it takes a long time before the page is displayed on the production server but not the test.

I increased the php.ini on the production to:
max_execution_time = 120
max_input_time = 120
but didn't help.

I can't find a setting for this in Apache.

Thanks Loki

Do you check that all the plugin are updated (Check version on)?

The plugin page does not display that far. When the plugin link on the links bar is selected it takes a long time to display the page. I get no errors but the plugin page ends at:
Plugin, Website, Installed/Current Version Unistall a plugin

This is the last thing on the page no errors. I've not checked the MySQL max times do you know if any of those would effect this? I don't have access to the server as I'm giving over this project. I have to work thru someone to get it checked so if I know where to look that would help a lot.

The plugins work just can't configure them.

Take a look in the page Configuration Report (http://.../mantis/adm_config_report.php) and tell me the value of the following field:
All Users All Projects plugins_pluginmanager_check_version string ??? administrator
Ok, that's the problem (I think). Can you set it to nothing:

All Users All Projects plugins_pluginmanager_check_version string ''

And make sure that there is no other "plugins_pluginmanager_check_version" in the page (only one with an empty string).

Had to deleted that configuration option everything works now.

Any idea why when I installed everything on my test system I had no problems?

Thanks

Your "test" server has internet access, the "prod" server does not.
