Trying to install wiki 0.0.3 plugin...

Trying to install wiki 0.0.3 plugin...

...and all I get is "FAIL". I thought I followed all steps correctly, is there an error log that gets written to as to why the install is failing?

Same problem for me. All I get is "Installation" "FAIL".
Wiki 0.0.3
Mantis Version 1.1.1
Plugin Manager 0.2.1

I followed all the steps of the installation instructions...

I made a new release of the Wiki plugin. Before install it you must have install (just unzip) an official Dokuwiki package in the directory <mantis_root>/dokuwiki (so you must have a file named <mantis_root>/dokuwiki/doku.php).
